Have you heard of an Easter Egg Martini? It’s a little bit of Easter fabulousness just for us grown-ups
Oh, I do love Easter don’t you…but it doesn’t have to all be about the Easter Bunny, egg hunts and children overindulging does it?
We most defiantly deserve a treat too at this time of year.
May I present the Easter Egg Martini.
The Easter Egg Martini will be available at every Slug and Lettuce across the UK from 13th – 17th April
It sounds totally scrumptious so here is the recipe if you woudl like to have a go at recreating this at home.
The easter egg martini recipe
It is made up of Baileys Irish Cream, Triple Sec, Marie Brizard Cacao Brun, fresh double cream and is garnished with whipped cream and a shot glass of mini eggs on the side.
25 ml Baileys Irish Cream
2.5 ml Triple Sec
12.5ml Marie Brizard Cacao Brun
100ml Double Cream Fresh
Garnish with whipping cream and mini eggs.
Shake with ice and strain into chilled coupe
