Crispy Chilli Tofu – yum!
I have been vegetarian since I was 11 and my OH and my kids are veggie too. But, despite the longevity of my vegetarianism, I am not an experienced Tofu cook. I was so excited to get to grips with it using this brilliant recipe for Crispy Chilli Tofu.
This Crispy Chilli Tofu is a recipe from Bosh that is so simple to recreate. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the Bosh recipe book. I have tried about 10 recipes out of it so far and every single one of them has worked out a treat. These are simple plant-based recipes full of taste, not too many ingredients and simple step by step instructions.
I can, hand on heart, say this book has given me so much confidence in plant-based cooking. I would really recommend it. We have loved everything we have tasted from this book. Might the Crispy Chilli Tofu be our favourite? Ohh it really might.
You will have to buy the book to get step by step instructions as this is not my recipe but honestly, I had to show it to you because it really is SUPER tasty.
The best Tofu press
We bought this Tofu Press recently and it has revolutionised our ability to cook with Tofu! It squeezes out all the excess moisture and makes cooking with Tofu so much easier
Bosh! is the fastest selling vegan cookbook ever and it really is superb! Bosh is by Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, who are the creators of the world’s biggest and fastest-growing plant-based online platform, BOSH!,
Their online channels have over 2.3 million fans isn’t that incredible., They aim to keep their recipes, simple and accessible and super tasty and would say they have totally achieved that. I was easily able to access the ingredients I needed to from supermarkets with no problems at all.
Bosh! has over 140 really simple recipes and the Bosh creators have been hailed the vegan Jamie Olivers by the times. You can buy Bosh! here.
The next Bosh! book Bish Bosh Bash is out in April but you can pre-order now! It’s on my Mothers Day wish list!
