I have had the pleasure over this past week of reviewing Pep and Lekker soups. These are healthy, super tasty soups ideal for those doing a detox or a cleanse or just wanting to eat more healthily.
Pep and Lekker Soups
The soups are made from organic vegetables, packed with nourishing vegetable protein. They’re creamy with blended nuts and are gluten and dairy free too. Perfect for Vegans.
I haven’t long finished a cleanse and I have been eating well since and wasn’t quite ready to do another..so I had these soups as my lunches for one week as part of my diet. I lose 4lbs that week!
Pep and Lekker is a family run business established by Susan and Juliette 2 years ago. Juliette had been trying a popular fruit juice detox but found it left her feeling drained – she also found 0it was very expensive too. Fascinated by this Susan used an MBA project to investigate and evaluate the detox market.
Exploring the idea with the help of nutritionists they soon discovered that juice detoxes have a lack of protein and essential fats and that soup provide a more satisfying, low sugar, alternative. I have to say I find these soups totally filling and they have easily seen me through to teatime without hunger pangs.
They are completely delicious and really satisfying.
Pep and Lekker soups can be used for for cleanses, detoxes, diets or simply just for delicious, healthy living.
