Halloumi Cranberry Skewers

Ingredients for Halloumi Cranberry Skewers

  • 3 packs YAMAS! Halloumi (purchase from https://yamasdairy.uk)
  • 90g Cranberry Sauce
  • 1tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 12 Small wooden skewers, soaked in
  • water for 30 minutes
  • Fresh Rosemary, chopped (optional)

 

Method for Halloumi Cranberry Skewers

  • Pre-heat your oven to 220ÆC/200ÆC fan.
  • Cube the YAMAS! Halloumi into bite size pieces, you should have 12 per block.
  • Thread 3 pieces of your halloumi onto each skewer, then transfer to a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper.
  • Put your cranberry sauce in a small bowl, cover and then microwave for 30 seconds until the cranberry sauce is liquid enough to spread. Add in your oil, then stir well to combine.
  • Generously brush the skewers with the cranberry sauce on all sides, then pop into the oven and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway.
  • Garnish with some chopped rosemary, then enjoy!
