Ingredients for Halloumi Cranberry Skewers
- 3 packs YAMAS! Halloumi (purchase from https://yamasdairy.uk)
- 90g Cranberry Sauce
- 1tsp Vegetable Oil
- 12 Small wooden skewers, soaked in
- water for 30 minutes
- Fresh Rosemary, chopped (optional)
Method for Halloumi Cranberry Skewers
- Pre-heat your oven to 220ÆC/200ÆC fan.
- Cube the YAMAS! Halloumi into bite size pieces, you should have 12 per block.
- Thread 3 pieces of your halloumi onto each skewer, then transfer to a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper.
- Put your cranberry sauce in a small bowl, cover and then microwave for 30 seconds until the cranberry sauce is liquid enough to spread. Add in your oil, then stir well to combine.
- Generously brush the skewers with the cranberry sauce on all sides, then pop into the oven and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway.
- Garnish with some chopped rosemary, then enjoy!
