Ingredients for vegan strawberry blueberry smoothie
150g Strawberries – fresh or frozen strawberries. If you use frozen strawberries, the smoothie will not require chilling since it will already be cold. It will also be thicker and will resemble a strawberry milkshake. Try using organic strawberries since strawberries are on the dirty dozen list.
150gBlueberries – again use frozen or fresh the choice is yours.
500ml Plant based milk – In this recipe I used oat milk as we love its warm creamy taste but any dairy free milk would work, coconut and almond being optional other choices.
Maple / agave syrup (optional) dash of Vanilla extract (optional)
