  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
  • 2 tbsp. of butter.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • A pinch of hot pepper flakes.
  • A pinch of black pepper.
  • 1 lb. of large shrimp.
  • 1 lemon.
  • Fresh parsley (optional).

What you are going to do

  1. To begin with, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Then, add the skillet gnocchi and sauté them for about 5 minutes. Gnocchi should be golden brown and a little bit crispy. Transfer them to a bowl and let them aside.
  3. After that, add the butter, the garlic, the hot pepper flakes and the black pepper to the pan. Cook everything for 1 minute.
  4. The next step is to add the shrimp. Remember to remove the tails first. Cook them, stirring often, for about 5 minutes. Shrimp should be pink.
